The Village facilitates access for the disabled with: reserved parking spaces in the various car parks, free loan of wheelchairs, by leaving an identity document, with no need for reservation. In addition, there are dedicated toilets.

In the Village there is a Tax Free Shopping service, through which, if you are resident abroad in a non-EU country, you can benefit from a VAT refund on your purchases. At the time of payment, for purchases over €70.01, you will have to inform them that you wish to make Tax Free Shopping and they will issue you with a form with which you can request a VAT refund.
After your purchase, you can go to the Infopoint to obtain your refund on your credit card within a few days. You will need to keep the form issued and, to validate the procedure, you will need to go to customs (the closest to the Village is in the Catania airport area).
